Baku students visited a chocolate factory where they learned the process of melting, freezing, evaporating, states of matter-liquid into solid, and solid into liquid. They also learned how important it is to observe very strict hygenic procedures.
Before entering the factory students were asked to wear hats and disposable plastic shoes and washed their hands with sterilizer. First, the students walked into a room where different kinds of chocolate with different ingredients were mixed and sent to a packing section. They then were acquainted with the marmalade making procedure. They tasted it and helped workers to mix marmalade with sugar powder.
At the end with different kinds of chocolate, chocolate drops and marmalade, students wrote down the school’s name on the big board.
