Excited students from grade eleven and twelve participated in the ISC- Sharjah Mathalon held after school on Thursday September 17^th, 2015, by the academics department.

Teams of two worked together to answer questions throughout three timed rounds. The topics covered included advanced statistics and calculus. As the competition progressed, the pressure intensified until eventually three finalists were chosen.

The participants and winners were awarded certificates and the final three teams will go on to compete in the University of Wollongong Mathalon for a chance to win a scholarship.
