Let’s Be Kind
SABIS® International School - Adma, Lebanon
November 15, 2017“Let’s Be Kind” is a campaign done for grades 4 and 5 students by the Outreach and Discipline departments. The two departments collaborated in order to raise awareness about the importance of random acts of kindness and bullying prevention.
To kick off the campaign, the Deputy Heads Prefects of both Departments met with all G4 and G5 students to emphasize the importance of being kind to one another and create a positive atmosphere at school. Students were encouraged to take part in a friendly challenge, in which they were supposed to prepare a dance, poster or song along the Kindness theme. All students worked in groups to foster teamwork. The outcome was fantastic in multiple ways. Not only did this campaign unleash the students’ creativity, but helped teach students about kindness for a happier school.
All students had a week to prepare their projects and had the option of being divided into groups of five. The outcome was fantastic in multiple ways. Not only did this campaign give a go for the gold atmosphere between the students, but it also created a happier school.
