The Saudi National Day is celebrated in Saudi Arabia every September 23rd to commemorate the establishment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1932.
The AbdulAziz International School celebrated the Saudi pride in style. Many students wore glossy white thobes while others dressed in dark green emerald, prominent from Saudi Arabia’s flag—all to display respect, pride an unwavering determination. The gatherings took place in tents and they involved servings of dates and Saudi coffee. Traditional anthems constituted a major part of the celebration, reminding students of the day Saudi Arabia was united.
