Toys for Joy
City of 6 October
October 02, 2014
The SABIS Student Life Organization® organized a toy drive named the “Toys for Joy” to collect toys for children at a local orphanage.
For two weeks, they collected new toys which were generously donated by parents and staff. They then individually wrapped each toy with colorful wrapping paper. The night before Eid, 20 students visited the local orphanage with the gifts. They spent the evening with the children, passing out toys, and playing with them. They truly brought holiday cheer to these children, and put a huge smile on their faces.

October 02, 2014Students, staff and parents came together to collect food and other necessities for all the displaced and disadvantaged families who saught refuge in Ainkawa.
“It was a good way to make our children learn about poor people life style and how they live. I think this activity was very good for this age because they are the next generation of our country. The students learn to be kind and respectful to everyone”.
